Currently, our first class is “Personality Typing to Enhance Treatment Outcomes (Fundamentals)” which is a fun and clinically relevant online virtual training (VT).  Further information about the Acupuncture CEU PDA can be found on our blog post about this topic. Or check out the videos below.

Acupuncture CEU PDA

Dr. Jay Sordean, LAc, OMD, CTN, QME

I’m a wellness consultant, professional acupuncturist, herbalist, nutritional therapist, and homeopath.  I have dedicated my time and energy to this because I love helping people get better with natural methods.  Put my clinical expertise and talents to work for you to help you regain your life.

I’ve studied with the top teachers in these fields over the past 30 years, and I continue to learn and study to help you live better and longer.  If I can’t help you I will refer you to other practitioners, or coordinate care with a team of others who can.

To help as many people as possible, I conduct lectures and seminars on many health topics in the community; I’ve also taught advanced courses in Japanese acupuncture and immune enhancement to other acupuncturists and healers. Because Japanese is my second language, important parts of my study and training were done with Masters from Japan.

My homeopathy and naturopathic training has taken me to India, Canada, Europe, and Japan. In 1983 I was licensed in acupuncture in California; I also am licensed in Indiana, where I was born.

I have had national acupuncture certification in the U.S. since 1985.  My qualifications include specialty training and evaluating work injuries–I am one of the few California acupuncturists who are Qualified Medical Evaluators (QME) and NCCAOM certified.  Less than 1% of U.S. acupuncturists have my training and qualifications.
